Petition of Fatimah Sultan to assign a guardian for her children, 1918
Petition requested by Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the late Muhammad Sadiq Bayg from Shiraz and wife of the late Muhammad Karim Bayg, asking Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Muhammad Ja‘far al-Musavi to assign someone as the guardian for her underage children named ‘Ali Aqa, Khanum Zinat, and Khanum Shawkat; the receiver of this petition replies with assigning Fatimah Sultan as the children's guardian and her brother, Aqa ‘Abbas Khan, as the supervisor.

Petition against a debt claim, 1909
Petition by Bibi Mah, daughter of the late Mashhadi Ja‘far and wife of the late Zal Khan from Bardaj, to Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’, expressing that the claim of Habib Allah, son of Mashhadi Musa from Bardaj, about Zal Khan's debts to him is not true. Additionally, Muhammad Kazim (the musician of the Security Department and Habib Allah's brother) has confirmed the complaint, and has requested to call Habib Allah in order to review and resolve the issue. A note written by Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’ with his seal is on the margin.

Power of attorney to collect debts and documents, 1909
Power of attorney given by Bibi Agha, wife of the late Karim Khan and the guardian of her underage children, to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get her rights and any document from whoever claims the guardianship of her children, and to resolve any disputes; the attorney's fee is one-tenth of what she receives. Bibi Agha Khanum's seal is at the end of the document.

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk to Surur al-Saltanah
‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash)'s writes to Surur al-Saltanah and expresses his longing for her. He tells her that this is one of the worst nights of his life filled with sadness as he has received the last letter from his father from Khurasan telling him about his illness. Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk talks about how he has not been able to see Surur in Tehran and now he has to go back to Khurasan heartbroken and mournful. Power of attorney given to Aqa Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin by Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rasul Khan, Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali, Bibi Fatimah Sultan (Sayyid Riza's wife), and Bibi Khanum Zaman (Karbalayi Faraj Allah Shaykh ‘Ali Chupani's wife), who are all children of Haji Mahdi from Dihpiyalah, and Khanum Haya’ (daughter of the late Kishvar Sultan and the late Kuchak ‘Ali, and granddaughter of Haji Mahdi) in order to resolve their dispute with Sayyid Aqa Munshi.

Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. The lawyer is allowed to keep the daughter's uncle, Mashhadi Haji Muhammad Baqqal [the grocer] informed. Dated July 18, 1907

Testimony by a number of people, including Mu’ayyad al-Mamalik, regarding Nimtaj Khanum's trespassing on Kulah Farangi property in Nizamiyah Garden, which belongs to the underage children of Nizam al-Mulk. She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.
